Fugro is a global leader in geo-data, helping our clients design, build and operate their assets in a safe, sustainable and efficient way. We are looking for a travel coordinator to join our UK travel team. The candidate can be based in our Aberdeen, Wallingford or Falmouth office. Fully remote is also an option. This role is responsible for arranging and managing travel across the business, ensuring employees can travel safely, efficiently and in line with company requirements. The role plays an important part in supporting operations by delivering a reliable and high-quality travel service. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring travel arrangements are well planned and responsive to changing requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate flights, accommodation and ground transport for employees across the business;
- Provide guidance on travel routes, airline options and country-specific requirements;
- Manage travel disruptions, including delays and cancellations, ensuring minimal impact to operations;
- Support visa applications and travel documentation processes;
- Liaise with employees, project teams and external travel providers;
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Essential: Experience in a corporate travel, travel agency or similar environment;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
