Job Description

Fugro is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Offshore Personnel Coordinator to lead our offshore personnel planning and ensure smooth, safe and compliant crew mobilisation across multiple Service Lines. In this role, you’ll support operational delivery by coordinating people, logistics, certification, and travel—keeping our offshore teams ready for success.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Offshore Personnel Coordination team, ensuring balanced workloads and high‑quality delivery.
  • Plan and mobilise offshore crews in collaboration with Operations Supervisors and Project Managers, ensuring all documentation, certification, immunisations, visas and work permits are in place.
  • Coordinate personnel logistics and travel, including flights, accommodation, hire cars and crew change arrangements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for offshore personnel, providing clear communication on schedules, expenses, and operational queries.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including travel providers and third‑party personnel suppliers, and track invoices for accuracy.
  • Support operational delivery, attending operations meetings, visiting vessels in port, and participating in the out‑of‑hours rota.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, tracking offshore movements and ensuring compliance with Fugro’s Business Management System.

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role

  • Advanced experience in offshore personnel coordination or logistics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supervising people or coordinating teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
