Fugro are looking for a photography intern to join our team, supporting the development and enhancement of our global corporate photography library. At Fugro, we work at the forefront of geo-data, helping clients design, build and operate their assets safely and sustainably. As part of this, how we visually represent our people, projects, and workplaces is essential to our brand. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Fugro’s visual identity by working within our Brand team. You’ll gain hands-on experience curating, editing, and capturing professional imagery used across the business, helping to ensure our photography reflects the quality, authenticity, and professionalism of our work. Working alongside experienced brand professionals, you’ll develop your technical photography and editing skills while gaining valuable exposure to corporate and workplace environments.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review, organise, and curate the existing corporate photography library
  • Select high-quality images that align with Fugro’s brand and visual standards
  • Identify and remove outdated, duplicate, or low-quality images
  • Apply consistent naming conventions, tagging, and metadata to improve searchability
  • Carry out basic photo editing, including cropping, colour correction, and retouching
  • Prepare and optimise images for use across internal systems and media libraries
  • Support small-scale photography shoots in offices and laboratory environments
  • Capture natural, people-focused imagery in line with brand guidelines

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role:

  • Currently studying, or recently completed, a qualification in Photography or a related field
  • A strong eye for composition, visual storytelling, and people-focused photography
  • Experience using photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and organise large image sets
  • A structured and organised approach to managing digital assets
  • Interest in corporate, office, or technical environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with brand and communications teams
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute creatively
