- Contribute to the management and development of the UK Business Management System.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support third party certifications, laboratory accreditations and scope extensions.
- Analyse and report quality performance data and act as a focal point for project and business quality information.
- Facilitate risk assessments and recommend effective controls.
- Ensure QHSSE requirements and controls are established and functioning before work begins.
- Provide guidance on permits, licences, management of change and dynamic risk assessments.
- Promote a culture of care, proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams and provide mentoring and training.

- Support a psychologically safe environment that encourages reporting of QHSSE challenges and events.
- Lead local event investigations and support investigations of more serious incidents.
- Report on HSSE metrics and use data to identify strengths, gaps and improvement opportunities.
What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

- Ability to use company systems such as Sphera, Dome, Shape and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report performance data.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support across operational teams.
