For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team. The role: Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and ensure excellence in Laboratory Operations? As a Laboratory Quality Manager who will take charge of our laboratory quality team, maintain UKAS accreditation, and continuously develop our laboratory management system. In this role, you will have management responsibility for quality related personnel, as well as ensuring that our quality management systems meet the rigorous requirements of ISO 17025. Who we’re looking for: We are looking for someone to take responsibility for all quality staff ensuring they are all aware of their individual responsibilities. Your expertise will maintain and expand the UKAS accreditation for our laboratory, working closely with the Laboratory Operations Manager, you’ll uphold high standards in calibration and training. You will also oversee the site laboratory equipment maintenance and manage training documentation to keep our operations smooth and efficient. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as you will be lisaing with a number of Fugro employees across various sites.
