Fugro is seeking a detail-oriented Training and Competence Co-ordinator to support the UK Land team based in Aberdeen.

You will coordinate training, manage competence data, and liaise with managers, employees and external providers to ensure compliant and effective development across the business.

You will maintain accurate records in Workday, administer Kahuna assessments, and assist with procurement and reporting.
