Fugro have an exciting opportunity to join one of our key service lines, Marine Inspection and Monitoring (MIM) team situated in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. In this vital role for Fugro, you’ll provide day to day support to the engineering department. You’ll play a huge part in ensuring our projects run smoothly. You’ll have the chance to shape how this team delivers and progresses, continuously improving ways of working.
Your role and responsibilities
- Processing and Administration of all aspects of Sales Invoicing within department to agreed timescales as defined by the business.
- Monitor payments due, carry out routine follow ups with clients. Report all outcomes.
- Travel Booking and Administration
- Visa and work permits - research and administer according to business requirements.
- Suppliers/ Contractors - sourcing of cost-effective suppliers, raising of Purchase Orders.
- Meeting Co-Ordinator including lunch arrangements and team events
- Training and Medical Administration
