We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Innovations Technologist to join our team and play a key role in the end-to-end product development and commercialisation of ADM's exciting range of products manufactured across our sites.
Your Mission: Bring ideas to life! Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll transform briefs into delicious, commercially viable recipes that reflect ADM's commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Senior Innovations Technologist and/or NPD Manager on Customer Briefs to assist in the preparation and dispatch of samples.
- Prepare samples with precision and care, ensuring hygiene and accuracy every time.
- Create all supporting documentation — labels, submission sheets, and sample advice notes.
- Enter recipes and formulations into the ADM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Technical Teams to evaluate new raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow Lab Health & Safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.
- Understand factory processes and actively participate in factory trials and product launches.
- Assist with shelf-life trials to define microbiological and sensory standards.
- Support customer visits and showcase ADM's innovation capabilities.
- Liaise with internal teams — operations, supply chain, commercial, and technical — to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to Innovation Team projects, supporting new product development and continuous improvement.
