Overview
As a HubSpot Technical Specialist at Fuelius, you\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality CRM implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients across a variety of sectors. This is a build-focused delivery role—ideal for someone with hands-on experience inside a high-performing HubSpot Partner agency. You\’ll be working across Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations Hubs, owning the technical delivery of multiple concurrent client projects. From setting up workflows to integrating third-party platforms and ensuring data integrity through complex migrations, you\’ll be responsible for turning requirements into robust, scalable HubSpot solutions. Your ability to work across a portfolio of client accounts—each with unique business needs—will be critical to your success.
Key Accountabilities
- Delivering high-quality HubSpot builds across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops), including initial setup, configuration, and ongoing technical optimisation
- Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Building and optimising workflows, custom objects, properties, and automation logic to meet client-specific needs
- Executing complex data migrations with minimal disruption, ensuring quality and integrity
- Integrating HubSpot with other platforms and internal systems via native integrations, custom APIs, middleware or tools like Zapier, Make or Workato
- Troubleshooting HubSpot technical issues and resolving client tickets or challenges efficiently
- Conducting technical audits of client portals and implementing structured improvement roadmaps
- Keeping up to date with the latest HubSpot features and applying best practices across projects
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Strategy Consultants to ensure unified client delivery
- Documenting build processes and maintaining internal records of changes, enhancements, and workarounds
Essential Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience within a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency (ideally Platinum or Elite level)
- Proven track record of delivering builds across all major HubSpot hubs: Sales, Marketing, Service, and Ops
- Experience managing and delivering multiple concurrent client projects
- HubSpot Certifications in key hubs and technical specialisms
- Proficiency in workflow design, custom properties, pipeline configuration, and automation logic
- Comfortable with basic API knowledge and using third-party tools for integrations
- Experience in data migration, from planning to execution
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and external clients alike
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable working at pace
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- Exposure to HubSpot custom-coded workflows or Operations Hub custom automation
- Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, Workato)
- Understanding of HubSpot CMS or WebOps use cases
