As a Senior Production Line Supervisor, you’ll be right at the heart of that momentum.
You’ll lead and coordinate the day-to‑day operation of one of our production lines, making sure meals are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Production Line Manager, you’ll help deliver the daily production plan, maximise line efficiency and keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll supervise and support a brilliant team of Production Line Operatives — giving clear direction, coaching, and leadership throughout each shift to maintain high levels of productivity, quality and engagement.
Collaboration is key at Fuel Hub, so you’ll work closely with our Production, Technical, Planning and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of product from raw ingredients to finished goods and dispatch.
And as Fuel Hub continues to grow, you’ll play a big part in driving continuous improvement, developing your team and helping shape a positive, high-performance culture across the production department.
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working on a production PROSEAL line is essential.
- including changing film and gas, completing routine checks, and performing basic troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Must be able to carry out core line tasks when required, such as accurate weighing and portioning of meals.
It is essential to work confidently on a fast paced production line while maintaining the expected quality standards and providing effective team leadership.
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader, Line Supervisor or Shift Supervisor within food manufacturing.
- Full-Time 45 Hours per week. Flexibility
- Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, Allergen Management and BRC standards.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and supervise a team of production operatives to deliver daily production plans.
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely, on time and in full.
- Monitor labour efficiency and allocate resources effectively throughout each shift.
- Ensure all meals are produced to Fuel Hub recipes, specifications, portion weights and quality standards.
- Carry out regular quality checks throughout production, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor and complete all production paperwork accurately, including CCPs, cooking records, cooling records and traceability documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, allergen controls, food safety legislation and BRC standards.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and ensure cleaning schedules are completed.
- Identify production issues quickly and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime.
- Escalate equipment faults, maintenance issues and production risks promptly.
- Support Production Managers with shift planning and labour allocation.
- Train, coach and develop new and existing team members to improve performance and capability.
- Carry out return-to-work discussions, performance conversations and day-to-day people management where required.
- Promote a positive health & safety culture and ensure safe working practices are always followed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and reduce waste.
- Work collaboratively with Prep, Cooking, Packing, Technical, Planning and Logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Always Wear Fuel Hub uniform and PPE correctly.
- Follow all company Food Safety, Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
