We’ve served over 2 million meals to date. We fuel high performers across the UK and proudly work with leading elite sports teams. This is a genuine end-to-end food ownership role. The Product Manager owns FuelHub’s food products once an idea is approved — from technical specification and costings, through execution and launch, to live performance, quality and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with the Development Chef and Head of Production to help shape what we make, curate the range, spot gaps and opportunities, and turn great food ideas into scalable, premium products that perform commercially. This role combines food creation, technical rigour, commercial ownership, data-led decision making and hands-on QC in production.

- Own food products end to end once approved
- Act as the single source of truth for all food product specs
- Ensure products are scalable, compliant and launch-ready
- Hold authority to pause or stop launches if standards aren’t met

- Partner with the Head of Production to ensure feasibility and consistency at scale
- Help curate the food range, identifying gaps, improvements and opportunities
- Balance creativity, nutrition, operational reality and commercial performance

- Protect margin without compromising quality or brand standards
- Production & Quality Control
- QC meals against agreed specs, portioning, presentation and quality standards
- Spot and resolve gaps between agreed specs and live execution
- Be present on production days to see production firsthand.
- Specifications, Labels & Compliance
- Own food specifications including ingredients, weights, macros, allergens and shelf life
- Own food labels end to end and take final sign-off responsibility before print
- Ensure alignment across specs, labels, website and production
- Supplier Relationships
- Own day-to-day relationships with key food and ingredient suppliers
- Lead supplier pricing discussions and negotiations
- Ensure supplier quality, consistency and reliability
- Support onboarding of new suppliers where needed
- Data, Performance & Insight

- Produce clear pre- and post-launch performance reporting
- Run customer surveys and feed insight back into product decisions
- Drive decisions using evidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food, FMCG, meal prep, manufacturing or DTC
- Proven ownership of physical food products end to end
- Strong technical understanding of specs, compliance and execution
