Account Executive – B2B Sales Hybrid Work, Uncapped Commission in a high performing sector. My client is a market leader in providing industrial training solutions to transport and logistics companies across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in business-to-business sales and account growth. The Role * 65–70% new business development, 30% account management * Building relationships with decision makers and senior stakeholders in medium to large organisations * Developing new accounts, then managing and growing them over time * Hybrid role: 3 days in the office (Kentish Town, NW5) – Tuesday to Thursday, and 2 days working from home – Monday and Friday What We’re Looking For * Essential: Demonstrable B2B sales experience (not consumer sales) * Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Confident in developing new business and securing appointments with senior stakeholders * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Package & Benefits * Salary: Up to £30,000 basic * Year 1 OTE: £45,000–£50,000 (this is uncapped so potential to earn more ) * Full-time: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 * Hybrid working model
