Transport Manager in Birmingham

Site / Transport Manager

Location: Birmingham (B46)

Monday to Friday, 6 AM 4 PM

Occasional travel between sites (mileage reimbursed)

Salary: £40,000 + up to 10% bonus

Mileage paid at 45p per mile (own vehicle required)

Along our client we are recruiting a Site / Transport Manager to join a market-leading national fuel delivery business in a permanent position.

What Youll Do:

• Manage a fleet of 1520 Class 2 ADR fuel tankers and their drivers
• Ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries
• Lead daily operational plans and site performance
• Act as a key contact for dispatch, sales, and HSE compliance
• Drive high standards across site safety, security, and housekeeping

What Youll Need:

• Transport Manager CPC Essential
• Proven experience in transport, depot, or logistics management (fuel sector desirable)
• Strong leadership, people skills & HSE awareness
• Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Valid UK driving licence (HGV preferred but not essential)
