What you will do:

  • Lead ongoing CMS product development—including plugins, extensions, integrations, and application features—by managing a clear product roadmap and guiding cross‑functional teams from discovery through release and iteration.
  • Act as the primary client partner, ensuring clear communication, aligned priorities, and a smooth decision‑making process while managing scope and expectations.
  • Oversee delivery operations and financial performance, including project planning, resourcing, budget tracking, forecasting, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery by partnering with technical leadership, enforcing rigorous QA practices, identifying technical and architectural risks early, and championing continuous improvement.
  • Drive team effectiveness by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering close collaboration across disciplines.

What you will achieve:

  • Align roadmap priorities with client goals, collaborating with the Product Manager to balance user needs, business value, and technical considerations.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional cohesion, ensuring designers, engineers, and strategists work efficiently together across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Help expand the partnership, working with Commercial, Product, and Growth teams to shape new scopes and identify opportunities for future work.
  • Improve delivery predictability and efficiency, introducing process refinements that reduce friction and enhance execution across teams.
  • Keep clients ahead of industry shifts by applying knowledge of CMS platforms, digital products, and emerging technologies—including AI—to guide forward‑looking solutions.

About you:

  • You bring structure to ambiguity, quickly identifying risks and making informed decisions that keep work moving toward meaningful outcomes.
  • You lead cross‑functional teams with clarity and confidence, guiding creative, engineering, and client partners through fast‑paced delivery (Agile certification preferred).
  • You care deeply about impact, focusing not just on timelines and budgets, but on delivering exceptional work that drives real business and customer value.
