Fueld is a performance marketing agency based in Bristol. We help ambitious health and wellbeing brands grow through Paid Media that’s built for scale—across Meta, Google, YouTube and beyond. We’re not a “pretty reports” agency. We care about what moves the needle: profit, efficiency, and sustainable growth. That means sharp strategy, relentless testing, and creative that’s driven by results, not opinions.
This part‑time role (hybrid, Bristol) focuses primarily on Paid Media creative production and iteration for health and wellbeing clients. You’ll create high‑volume ad creative in a testing environment—turning performance feedback (what’s working / what’s not) into smarter iterations. You’ll also support Fueld’s own marketing and internal collateral—decks, documents, social assets, web elements, and templates. This role suits someone who enjoys pace, momentum and measurable impact. If you like producing 10–30 ad variations, learning what wins, and making the next round better, you’ll fit in well.
Key Responsibilities- Produce performance ad creative for Meta, Google, YouTube (static first, motion a bonus)
- Build variations quickly (hooks, angles, formats, offers, messaging)
- Iterate based on objective feedback: CTR, CVR, CPA, thumbstop, engagement, etc.
- Create and maintain templates/systems to speed up output and keep things consistent
- Support Fueld’s brand assets: pitch decks, case studies, social content, landing page elements and internal docs
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media + Ops to deliver creative on time and on brand
- Experience designing ads for performance marketing (not just brand graphics)
- A portfolio showing direct‑response style work (UGC overlays, statics, carousels, story formats, etc.)
- Comfort working at speed, with feedback loops and multiple iterations
- Strong layout and typography skills (clean, readable, conversion‑friendly)
- Confidence with Adobe CC and/or Figma (either is fine; both is great)
- Good organisation and file hygiene (you’ll be working across multiple clients)
- Light motion skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Understanding of eCommerce funnels, landing pages and CRO
- Experience in agency environments
- Part‑time (flexible)
- Hybrid – Bristol office + home working
- You’ll work closely with the Paid Media team day‑to‑day
- Portfolio (ideally with paid social examples)
- A short note on your availability and working pattern
- Any examples of work tied to performance or testing
