We are currently looking for a number of skilled Data Scientists with strong expertise in Python to join our clients team. You must have experience of working within the energy industry previously and the role involves managing Azure ML Ops, large data modelling, and leveraging the Databricks platform.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data science, machine learning, and cloud-based solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within the role. Utilise Python for advanced data analysis, exploration, and processing to uncover insights and trends and develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python, Azure Machine Learning, and Databricks.

You will manage and optimise ML Ops processes within the Azure environment, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Develop and maintain large-scale data models to support analytics and reporting needs as well as utilising Databricks for advanced data processing and analytics, ensuring scalability and performance. Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance and validation processes and stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies to ensure best practices are applied.

You will be on site a couple of days a week max and the roles will be inside IR35.
