Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced data protection analyst to work for a client of theirs in the energy sector.

Main responsibility is to assess/triage requests to share data to external parties, gathering information from requestors around the sensitivity of information to be shared, the purpose, and audience, coordinating responses from Data Governance, Legal and Cybersecurity in relation to the risks involved and any required mitigants.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the tracking/management of triage requests
  • Supporting the management and improvement of the triage process and documentation/templates
  • Contributing to strategic tooling requirements and planning

Ability to fungible across data privacy (eg DPIA and ROPA) and/or Data Loss Prevention operations highly desirable.

Initial contract is for a couple of months with possibility of extension until March 2027. You will need to be onsite 1 day a week and the role will be insider IR35.
