Our client is looking for 2 HR reporting analysts to create a number of custom reports as they move from one HRIS system to another. They have identified numerous leadership reports that are not mapping to the new system (SuccessFactors), so need re-writing. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical staff to deliver accurate, insightful and scalable reporting that supports the businesses strategic decision making.
Experience wise you will need to have extensive experience in the design and build of custom reports and dashboards and work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across HR reporting outputs and provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices.
It would be advantageous if you have worked on large HRIS integrations and data migrations previously supporting global HR teams and a background in working within professional services or consulting would be a bonus. If you have experience building reports and dashboards across other platforms, you will be provided with SuccessFactors training.
The role will be remote, inside IR35 and due to run until the end of October.
