Fuel Recruitment is working with a leading construction organisation delivering a major scheme valued at approximately £20 million. We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team immediately. This is a permanent role with future projects likely to be based across the South Midlands, so candidates from Coventry, Leamington, or Solihull would be ideally located.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate works on steel frame, cladding, and earthworks packages
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular updates
Key Skills / Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of steel frame construction, cladding, and earthworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme delivery
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation and site compliance
- Flexible to work across South Midlands post-project completion
