Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Specialist to support one of their banking clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing day-to-day resilience and continuity capabilities across critical business services.
The role involves:
- Ensuring business continuity plans are up to date
- Supporting scenario testing and exercises
- Monitoring resilience against impact tolerances and regulatory expectations
- Working closely with business, operations, and technology teams to identify vulnerabilities
- Supporting incident response and recovery activities
- Ensuring appropriate documentation and governance are in place
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in resilience frameworks, reporting, and controls
- Ensuring continuity requirements are effectively embedded within BAU operations
The role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week as worst case probably less and an extensive FS/regulatory background is essential. The role will be inside IR35.
