Fuel Recruitment is working with a leading construction organisation delivering a major scheme valued at approximately £20 million. We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team immediately. This is a permanent role with future projects likely to be based across the South Midlands, so candidates from Coventry, Leamington, or Solihull would be ideally located.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate works on steel frame, cladding, and earthworks packages
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular updates

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of steel frame construction, cladding, and earthworks
