Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Hours: 39 per week (Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Repair Cell Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant expertise in high-precision soldering, as well as in repairing pads and tracks, and working with BGA (Ball Grid Array) technology. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-precision soldering on various electronic components.
  • Repair pads and tracks on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Operate and maintain BGA rework stations.
  • Document repair processes and keep accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-precision soldering and PCB repairs, with expertise in pad and track repair methods.
  • Familiarity with BGA rework and repair techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and capability to work independently, along with strong communication skills for teamwork.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification in soldering or electronics repair is preferred.
