Overview: Fuel Recruitment is working with a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation that is looking for a Production Operative (Box Build) to join their team. This role sits within a high-quality, low to medium volume production environment, supporting complex electronic assemblies. You will play a key role in ensuring products are built to strict quality, cost, and delivery targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in electronic assembly, ideally within aerospace, defence, or a similar sector.
Working Hours:
- Early Shift: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 13:30
- Late Shift: Monday - Thursday 13:30 - 23:15
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble units in line with customer drawings and specifications
- Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings, systems, and technical notes
- Ensure all routing and work instruction sheets are followed accurately
- Adhere to quality standards including IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, AS9100 and NADCAP where required
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations
