Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational activities in support of Business as Usual (BAU) and third-party projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in the energy networks and possess hands-on experience in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all operational activities to support BAU and third-party projects
- Manage and ensure the effective delivery of frontline operational activities
- Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Systems, including facilitating annual Quality and Security audits to maintain accreditation
- Define IT infrastructure requirements and coordinate with external service providers to maintain and update necessary tools
- Coordinate project delivery, manage project finances, and monitor/report progress to the Management Team, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements
Main Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in developing and leading successful teams in designing and delivering operational solutions
- Extensive experience in effective project leadership and team management
- Strong understanding of principles, methods, techniques, and tools for effective project management from initiation through to implementation
- Proficient in methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial conformance against agreed plans
- Experience in bid management and proposal preparation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management and projects delivery
