About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our Bellshill office. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting operations, maintaining a professional environment, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, supplies, and workspace standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, visitors, cleaning staff, and contractors
  • Support senior leadership with travel arrangements and meeting coordination, including board-level events
  • Coordinate office communications and team events to enhance employee engagement
  • Provide financial administration support: raising purchase orders, handling invoices, and liaising with finance teams
  • Maintain property and asset management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage queries via inbox and phone lines, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Oversee landlord payments and verify financial details for new or updated sites
  • Support health and safety compliance within the office
