Fuel Recruitment is working with a leading UK infrastructure and construction organisation that is looking to appoint a Bid Manager to support its growing digital infrastructure portfolio. This role sits within a well‐established bid governance framework and focuses on securing opportunities across both existing frameworks and emerging markets. As the business continues to expand into areas such as EV charging, renewable energy and secure environments, this is an excellent opportunity to play a visible role in high‐value, strategic bids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project and framework bids from opportunity through to submission
  • Take ownership of opportunity‐specific bid teams, acting as a central point of coordination
  • Develop and drive bid strategy, win themes, programmes and deliverables
  • Review tender documentation (PQQ, SSQ, ITT) and assemble the right internal and external contributors
  • Coordinate inputs across technical, commercial, delivery, legal and supply chain teams
  • Support tender settlement, client engagement, governance processes and lessons learned

Key Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience managing bids, tenders or proposals within a structured procurement environment
  • Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
