We are looking for a commercially minded, high‑credibility strategist with deep insurance domain expertise to help set direction, architect the future operating model, and turn strategic ambition into executable change.
You will operate at the heart of leadership decision‑making — building the strategic narrative, shaping growth priorities, and designing how the organisation competes, operates, and scales in an increasingly complex specialty insurance landscape.
Key experience:
- Insurance domain expertise, with deep experience across specialty broking and the London market
- A proven track record in growth strategy, operating model design, and transformation
- The credibility and confidence to work at senior executive level
- A demonstrable background in Commercial / Specialty insurance strategy, including open market, facilities/binders, and MGA models
- International expansion and geographic prioritisation
- Broker economics and specialty classes
- Talent‑led growth strategies
You will also be comfortable tackling the more complex enablers of growth:
- Platform integration
- Process redesign
- Technology, data, and AI enablement
Crucially, you will be able to translate sophisticated analysis into a clear leadership narrative and a practical, phased roadmap that balances ambition with execution reality.
