We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of telecoms and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. The role focuses on cost control, contract management, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably.
While the position is ideally office-based, hybrid or remote working may be considered for candidates with strong experience who can work independently. Experience within wireless telecoms infrastructure (mobile networks, towers, upgrades, fibre backhaul) is highly desirable.
Key Duties:
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle of telecoms projects
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
- Monitor costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and manage commercial risk
- Work closely with project and operational teams
- Maintain accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Background in telecoms, construction, or infrastructure preferred
- Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Proficient in Excel and commercial systems
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
- RICS membership desirable but not essential
