Are you an experienced Projects Manager looking to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects from start to finish? We’re looking for a driven and organised professional to join our Build Team and take ownership of projects from design handover through to on-site completion.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From planning and coordination to on-site supervision and financial oversight, you’ll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from post-design stage through to build completion
- Develop and oversee construction programmes aligned with deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee site activity, ensuring quality, safety, and specification compliance
- Monitor costs, manage variations, and maintain profitability
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and health & safety compliance.
