About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our Bellshill office. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting operations, maintaining a professional environment, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, supplies, and workspace standards
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, visitors, cleaning staff, and contractors
- Support senior leadership with travel arrangements and meeting coordination, including board-level events

- Provide financial administration support: raising purchase orders, handling invoices, and liaising with finance teams
