Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Fuel Learning We’re seeking a proactive and organised Resource & Logistics Co‑ordinator to support our busy operations team. This pivotal administrative role ensures that all logistical and resource needs are met smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: As Resource & Logistics Co‑ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing logistics for our delivery team, including coordinating travel and accommodation bookings and making timely amendments where needed. Sourcing, organising and maintaining training resources, ensuring materials are prepared, stocked and distributed to the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, proactively ordering supplies and keeping accurate records of stock usage. Handling incoming communications, including managing calls to the business, taking messages, and providing information in a professional and helpful manner. Supporting venue sourcing and booking, identifying suitable spaces for programme delivery that meet our operational standards. Managing onsite coordination, such as greeting visitors, arranging internal meeting logistics, and ensuring office supplies and services are in place. Overseeing post and courier activity, ensuring items are sent and received using the most appropriate method. Providing flexible support for wider operational needs, including occasional exam invigilation and ad hoc administrative tasks. What You’ll Bring Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution‑focused mindset. Strong communication skills on the phone and in person. Experience with logistics, procurement or administrative coordination. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and courier services is a plus.
