This fast-paced role sits at the heart of our apprenticeship programmes. You’ll coordinate learner activity, keep progress on track, and use digital systems to ensure every learner gets the support they need to succeed. Working closely with Leadership Coaches and key stakeholders, you’ll monitor performance and help drive timely, high-quality completions. If you’re an experienced administrator and passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals, this role puts you right at the centre of learner success.

Your role will include:

  • Use digital systems to manage and communicate with learners, ensuring smooth programme coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project templates to track and report programme mobilisation accurately.
  • Proactively engage with learners to maintain attendance and participation.
  • Monitor attendance and task completion, identifying learners needing support and collaborating with Leadership Coaches to implement interventions.
  • Oversee Leadership Coach activity and scheduling to ensure learner progress aligns with programme deadlines.
  • Support the Head of Apprenticeships in maximising Leadership Coach efficiency.
  • Provide monthly reports on learner progression, highlighting concerns and escalating as needed.
  • Build strong working relationships with Leadership Coaches, supporting them in identifying and addressing off-track learners.
  • Liaise professionally and promptly with client stakeholders to facilitate learner re-engagement.
  • Track and report on progress review attendance and line manager engagement.
  • Escalate learner concerns and issues weekly to the Account Manager.
  • Identify trends across learners, Leadership Coaches, and line managers, reporting insights to the Apprenticeship Manager.
  • Ensure learner records, including line manager details and site locations, remain accurate and up to date.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in digital systems, particularly Microsoft Excel and Monday.com.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse learner data and implement proactive solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced training or apprenticeship environment.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range of £32,000 per annum
  • 33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays and extended Christmas break).
  • Hybrid working arrangement
