We believe that tailored leadership coaching and support are essential to unlocking the leadership potential of our learners.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leadership coach with proven leadership and management experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding and supporting learners through their journey, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in leadership and management roles.
What We Offer:
• Salary range of £30,000 – £40000 per annum, depending on delivery level.
• 33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays and extended Christmas break).
• Hybrid working arrangement, with a combination of remote working, offsite learner workplace visits and occasionally onsite at Fuel’s Head Office.

Your Role Will Include:
Personalised Leadership Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to apprentices enrolled in the Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes, offering tailored support to help them overcome challenges, develop as leaders and achieve their goals.
Programme Support: Collaborate with apprenticeship the facilitation, functional skills and operations teams to ensure apprentices receive comprehensive support throughout their apprenticeship, monitoring their progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
Skills Development: Use coaching methodologies to guide apprentices in effectively applying newly acquired knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the workplace, fostering their growth as impactful leaders.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess apprentices\’ performance and track their development both against programme objectives and their personal and professional development needs. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help apprentices continuously improve.
Resource Development: Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources tailored to the needs of apprentices, incorporating the most up-to-date research and practices in leadership and management.
What You\’ll Bring:
Essential experience in Leadership or Management: Previous experience in leadership or management roles, coupled with a strong understanding of leadership principles and practices.
Coaching Expertise: Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching and mentorship, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for Development: Genuine passion for supporting the development of others and helping individuals reach their full potential.
Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards – Team Leader, Operations Manager, and/or Senior Leader.
Desirable relevant qualifications: ICF and/or EMCC coaching accreditation. You must be willing to work towards these.
