This role is central to bringing our leadership and management development solutions to life, from implementation planning through to operational delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to co-ordinate timelines, resources and communications, ensuring every programme is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard. As the operational lead for your accounts, you’ll act as the key point of contact during project delivery, providing continuity and exceptional service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of the client’s programmes, acting as the main point of contact during implementation
  • Co-ordinate internal teams (design, delivery, resource, venues) to align timelines, logistics and deliverables
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans using monday.com to track milestones, tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure right people, right place, right time: overseeing logistics, resources and communications
  • Monitor programme performance, budgets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the client’s expectations
  • Support the Account Director by providing programme insight, updates and operational continuity
  • Deliver structured communications and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed throughout
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across delivery operations

What Success Looks Like

  • Programmes run seamlessly and exceed client expectations
  • Timelines and deliverables are met without compromise on quality
  • Client experience is consistently excellent communication and service
  • Clear, consistent internal co-ordination with minimal disruption or duplication
  • Accurate, timely tracking of budgets, metrics, and progress against plan
  • Proven experience managing high-value or complex client programmes
  • Excellent project and programme planning skills, including use of project management software (preferably monday.com)
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Client-facing skills with a proactive, professional approach to communication
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
  • Experience tracking budgets and commercial deliverables
  • Highly competent in MS Office, monday.com and digital communication tools
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions
  • A team player with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £34,000
  • Hybrid working (home-based with regular travel to our Measham office and client sites across the UK)
  • The opportunity to work on meaningful programmes with a high-profile client
  • A supportive and collaborative culture focused on quality, service, and innovation
  • Ongoing professional development and progression opportunities
