Contract type: Full Time and Permanent

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsible for: Building and maintaining customer relationships and growing business.

Main Purpose:

  • Maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Grow revenue by finding new opportunities and adding services and products.
  • Identify new potential customers and stakeholders within the client account.
  • Day to day management and oversight of account activity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients both new and existing.
  • Ensure that new and ongoing requests are handled within a suitable time frame.
  • Take control of key decisions in the account and communicate clearly to the business.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and Programme Manager during the implementation of the programme/project.
  • Ensure forecasted work is realised within expected time frames.
  • Deliver quarterly sales objectives through repeat business, fulfilment of forecasted work and nurturing of relationships to win new opportunities.
  • Monitor and record accurate data relating to sales and accounts.
  • Be responsible for growth of client portfolio.
  • Effectively brief programme and events to ensure Programme Manager is fully equipped to implement and mobilise solution plans and development.
  • Deliver and coordinate clear and accurate client and project briefs through Monday.com.
  • Be the connection between Fuel and the customer, escalating important questions and handling and actioning questions or issues with resource planning, feedback, and continuous improvement measures.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Keen understanding of the customer and their requirements.
  • Knowledge of Fuel values and principles in the delivery of World Class Operational service.
  • Competence in the use of digital project management software (Monday.com).
  • Competence in digital administration and organisation tools and databases such as MS Office, Fuel Hub LMS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, knowing how to prioritise time and activities.
  • Effective communication skills: ensuring all correspondence has good grammar, punctuation and conveys information simply and clearly.
