Key Responsibilities include:
- Management of the ePOD library to ensure all deliveries completed and POD present
- Act as Authorised Signatory for various airports around the country to facilitate airport pass applications
- General Transport Administration duties
Skills and Competency:
- Previous experience as an admin or in a similar role preferable
- Quality organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks using your own initiative at the same time
- Ability to prioritise own workload but also be able to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrate working administrative background
- Must have an analytical skill, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organisation / administration skill
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise
