Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the ePOD library to ensure all deliveries completed and POD present
  • Act as Authorised Signatory for various airports around the country to facilitate airport pass applications
  • General Transport Administration duties

Skills and Competency

  • Previous experience as an admin or in a similar role preferable
  • Quality organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks using your own initiative at the same time
  • Ability to prioritise own workload but also be able to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrate working administrative background
  • Must have an analytical skill, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisation / administration skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills
