We are currently recruiting for a customer-focused 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a busy home delivery operation based in Portbury. This role involves delivering bathroom furniture and accessories directly to customers' homes, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer service. Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday shifts available

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle in accordance with road traffic and company regulations.
  • Deliver bathroom furniture and related products to residential customers.
  • Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage during transit and delivery.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
  • Adhere to all driver hours, tachograph, health & safety, and manual handling regulations.

Requirements

  • Valid UK C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driving Licence.
  • Current Driver CPC Qualification Card.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous multi-drop or home delivery experience preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving bathroom furniture.
  • Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious.
