We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Care Workers in Norfolk, Suffolk, and surrounding areas.
Pay: £12.60 – £13.30 per hour

We need people who are ready to make a real difference in people’s lives. You will provide hands-on personal care. You will support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our customers.
What You’ll Do
You don’t need previous experience because we provide full training. After your probation period, you’ll also receive additional training in specialist areas. Your daily tasks may include:
- Assisting with eating and drinking. You will help customers with meals.
- Meal preparation. You will make healthy and tasty meals.
- Personal care. You will assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication management. You will ensure customers take their medications correctly and on time.
- Moving and handling. You will help customers with mobility. This includes moving around their home or transferring from bed to chair.
- Companionship. You will provide friendly conversation and emotional support. This helps reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Encouraging independence in daily activities. You will help customers perform daily tasks on their own. This boosts their confidence and independence.
What We Need
To provide the best care, we are looking for people who have:
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
- Empathy, a caring nature, and a commitment to providing outstanding care.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
