Job Title: Fubar Assistant Manager

Location: Stirling, FK8 1JU

Salary: Β£26,000 – Β£30,000

Job Type: Full Time – Weekend Availability, Permanent

Fubar is Stirling's most iconic night time destination. This multi-roomed club boasts a quality programme of local and international events, including central Scotland's busiest midweek student nights.

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Nightclub Manager – with scope for this to be a trainee position for the right candidate looking to grow into management. If you're passionate about nightlife, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of an energetic team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role:

  • Supporting the General Manager with daily operations and team leadership
  • Supervising bar, floor, and security teams during busy operational shifts
  • Ensuring customer safety, licensing compliance, and high standards of service
  • Assisting with recruitment, staff scheduling, training, and development
  • Handle cash, tills, and end of night reconciliation
  • Manage stock levels and deliveries
  • Collaborating with promoters and DJs to deliver exciting events
  • Contributing to Fubar's social media presence and marketing strategies
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall club ambiance

About you:

  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or events (management experience is a plus)
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn if applying as a trainee
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing a busy late-night environment
  • A genuine passion for music, nightlife, and creating unforgettable experiences
  • Personal license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
