About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator / Transport Administrator to join our busy STGO 3 Logistics operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the management of our bespoke commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, maintenance scheduling, and accurate record keeping.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in the trucking, logistics, or transport industry and experience using Tranman fleet management software Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle maintenance records and fleet documentation using Tranman.
- Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, MOTs, and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with DVSA and operator licence requirements.
- Track vehicle defects and repair progress.
- Liaise with, workshops, third party repairers & suppliers
- Maintain accurate fleet cost and maintenance records.
- Produce fleet reports and management information.
