Outline of Role and Responsibilities
- Internal and external movement of goods and materials to meet production requirements
- Cleaning and preparing components for processing as required.
- Grinding, Sawing, and Inspection of components in preparation for cladding or other processes.
- Preparing parts for internal or external shipment as required.
- Internal and external housekeeping duties.
- General duties such as emptying bins, cleaning and painting areas as directed by the Supervisor
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental standards
- To provide support to other members of the team when required.
- May be required to cover shift patterns as required
- Overhead Crane, Abrasive Wheel, material handling equipment duties– training will be given.
- Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools.
- Maintain equipment and report equipment that requires servicing or repair.
- Able to work shifts and overtime when required.
