We are recruiting an experienced HGV1 driver that can work Monday to Friday every week and be available for occasional weekend work. All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years HGV1 experience, no more than 6 points and no DD or DR convictions.
Start time: 05:30-05:45am daily
Pay: £215.00 per day (Monday-Friday)
Hours: This is a 12 hour shift.
Job details:
- You will start from our Purfleet depot every day and travel to our customers' premises to collect loaded trailers ready to be delivered.
- Each delivery is usually a full trailer load.
- Once delivery is made, return to our customers' yard, trailer swap, and then make the next delivery.
- We aim to make 4-5 local deliveries per day.
It is imperative that our drivers are punctual, polite and presentable every day.
