Van Delivery Driver/ Drivers Mate in Aldridge

FTS Recruitment has a Fantastic opportunity to be part of the team with a very reputable company. Working with one of the largest British furniture retailers in the Country that continues to grow year on year we are excited to be recruiting a team of Van Drivers/Drivers Mates for full time, temp to perm vacancies starting as soon as possible. Work Monday to Friday only, have your weekends to yourself. All vehicles are 3.5ton Vans . You will be delivering home furnishings to residential properties. **This role does include both driving and being a drivers mate** Job Details: * Start Date: Immediate start available * Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday, no weekends!! * Start Time: PM Shift - 1300pm til finish * Shift Duration: 8-10 hours (min 8 guaranteed pay) * Pay £14.83 per hour (Driver) and £14.24 per hour(Drivers Mate)- These pay rates are inclusive of holiday pay and pay is fortnightly on set pay days. Products Being Delivered: * Delivery of home furnishings - Beds, sofas, wardrobes, cabinets etc. Furniture is oak so will involve a lot of heavy lifting!! * Either Door step delivery, delivery to room of customer choice or white glove service. * Some items will involve installations. * Will include some flat pack items - wardrobes / beds. * Rubbish to be removed. * Sensible routing with pre-planned routes Benefits * Strictly no umbrellas companies.
