Working with one of the largest British furniture retailers in the Country that continues to grow year on year we are excited to be recruiting a team of Van drivers for full time, temp to perm vacancies starting as soon as possible. Work Monday to Friday only. have your weekends to yourself. All vehicles are 3.5ton Vans . You will be delivering home furnishings to residential properties. Get in touch now to get involved! Job Details: * Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday, no weekends * Start Time: Rotating Shifts – Week 1: 0600am – 1400pm / Week 2: 1400pm – 2200pm * Shift Duration: (min 8 guaranteed pay) * Pay: £14.24 per hour – Pay rate is inclusive of holiday pay and pay is fortnightly on set pay days. * We are only looking for Van Drivers with Furniture home delivery experience. Products Being Delivered: * House furnishings * Either Door step delivery or delivery to room of customer choice, routing is sensible * Some White Glove service, unbox, remove rubbish product install * Will include some flat pack items – wardrobes / beds. * Part of a driver-driver crew * Pre-planned routes in a driver-driver crew Pay and Benefits Hourly Pay: £14.24 including holiday pay * Strictly no umbrellas companies. PAYE * PAY IS FORTNIGHTLY * Ongoing work with temp to perm available Required Licenses or Certifications: * Minimum of 6 months UK experience in a Van * Driving licence must not exceed 6 points (no TT, DD,CD, IN10, MS50, UT50 or DR1)
