FTS Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. FTS Group is a recruitment and logistics company that works across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter and everywhere in between. For over 20 years we have provided driving and industrial recruitment agency services to global supply chains and SMEs, as well as haulage, warehousing and distribution services from our Head Office Distribution Centre. Our offering is truly unique, hallmarked by ethics and quality, and we have exciting plans to expand.
As Recruitment Sales Manager, you will be central to helping us grow our client base. You will be responsible for generating new business and working with the Branch Team to onboard new clients that they will then service. There are a wealth of career progression options available for successful employees. Over time, we would expect you to be able to start building and managing your own team, working with Senior Management to open new offices across the UK, and assisting in the management of those branches from a commercial and sales standpoint.
Job Details:
- Location: RM15 Purfleet, Essex
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch break
- Working Rota: Monday to Friday (Office Based)
- Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Salary: £35,000 per annum with uncapped commission.
- Start Date: Immediate Start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and grow your branch client base.
- Learn and understand driving and industrial recruitment market practices.
- Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services.
- Train new sales staff and integrate them into the team.
- Liaise with the Branch Manager to onboard clients operationally.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this position is £35,000 per annum. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn up to £45,000.00 per annum OTE.

Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence and a car
- Previous experience in recruitment essential
- Previous experience in B2B sales essential
