FTS Recruitment are looking for a HGV2 Delivery Driver to join our customer, working for a reputable British company based in Purfleet. We are offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.
Job Details:
- Shift Rota: Monday to Friday
- Start times: 0600am
- Shift duration: 10-12 hours per day
- Pay: £16.79 per hour
- 28 days annual leave per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays - Paid on an accrual basis.
- Type: Full Time, Ongoing
Job Description:
- Driving a HGV2 curtain side vehicle, delivering tyres to customers.
- Completing multidrop deliveries to customers in Essex, London and home counties.
- Up to 15 drops per day.
- Goods will either be in cages and rolled off or FLT/Pump trucked off.
- Some handball and heavy lifting will be required due to delivering tyres.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- You must have a valid UK driving licence, CPC and Digi card.
- Minimum of 6 months experience on a Class 2.
- Minimum of 6 months London experience.
- Driving licence must not exceed 3 points (no TT, DD, CD, IN10, MS50, UT50 or DR1).
- Must be physically fit and ok with handball and heavy lifting.
