We’re hiring Driver’s Mates to join our busy delivery team! This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Home Delivery Driver’s Mate for a National Delivery Company. You’ll be helping our drivers load, unload and deliver home furniture safely to customer with some installations – no two days are the same. What You’ll Do * Assist the driver with loading and unloading home furniture from the vehicle * Secure loads to prevent damage during transport * Help navigate and direct the driver as required * Deliver home furniture to customer premises ensuring care and professionalism, with some installations as well as removal of rubbish * Complete delivery paperwork and obtain signatures * Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the vehicle * Follow all health & safety guidelines and manual handling procedures Skills and Requirements * Good level of physical fitness – able to lift and carry heavy items * Excellent teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions * Strong communications skills for customer interaction * Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided Benefits * 28 days of holiday including bank holidays * On site parking Apply now by sending your CV!
