We have an exciting opening for a Recruiter to join the Experienced Hire arm of the Talent Acquisition team in EMEA. The role will be based in London and will support the Corporate Finance function. The successful candidate will lead the recruitment process for Experienced Hire positions, starting with Consultant/Senior Consultant/Administrative roles and eventually leading on all roles up to Senior Director level. Our team is focused on driving direct sourcing, attracting diverse candidates, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
In this role, you will support various Corporate Finance sub-segments in identifying the best talent for current and future roles and, in doing so, you play a pivotal role for FTI Consulting through this exciting period of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a base of internal recruiting experience who is looking to take full ownership of the process, whilst developing strong relationships directly with their hiring managers. A genuine curiosity for how talent acquisition varies in different sub-segments, as well as a genuine desire to partner with your stakeholders to identify the best talent for their businesses, is key to your success.
What You’ll Do- Work closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organisation to understand their business, their competitors and key talent in the market.
- Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs.
- Identify, source and screen top talent for FTI Consulting's experienced hire requisitions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that it progresses in a timely manner with candidates and stakeholders informed at all stages.
- Share insights gained from candidate discussions on our markets, challenges and opportunities relating to recruitment with stakeholders.
- Provide reports such as market maps and candidate trackers to stakeholders and hiring managers to further ensure they remain well informed.
- Drive referrals, network, share FTI stories via LinkedIn, and advise hiring managers on how to use their networks to generate candidates.
- Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system/CRM.
- Discuss and propose offers with hiring managers, and extend and negotiate these with candidates.

- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems.
- A high level of resilience in order to deal with conflicting priorities, but also to handle and overcome resourcing challenges where a role may not be straightforward to fill.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to use these both with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines.
- Experience of recruiting Corporate Finance professionals in a boutique consulting firm.
- Knowledge and experience of CRM/ATS systems; Taleo and Yello.
- Experience of owning the full-cycle internal recruitment from sourcing through to offer.
- Basic experience using LinkedIn, boolean searches or other methods for direct sourcing.
