About the Role
As a Pricing Senior Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping data-driven pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share while staying competitive. You’ll translate complex market and internal data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is also a strong communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you'll conduct in-depth market and competitor research to inform strategic pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals like profitability and market share growth. You'll design and implement pricing models—including tiered structures, discounts, and promotions—based on factors such as cost, customer value, and demand. Using data analysis, you'll identify trends and performance gaps, preparing clear reports and insights for senior leadership. You'll also collaborate closely with product teams, communicate pricing strategies internally and externally, provide training on pricing policies, and monitor market activity to ensure competitive positioning and policy compliance.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related business field
- 5+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience with a concentration on pricing and financial analysis
- Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CFA highly desirable
- Experience working within the professional services industry
